Try It Before You Pay Program

We believe you should experience real results before making a commitment.
That’s why we offer our “Try It Before You Pay” program.

You can try our product for up to 30 days after receiving it.
If you’re satisfied with the results, your payment will be processed automatically after the trial period.
If it doesn’t work for you, simply return the product within 30 days — you won’t be charged, and you’ll receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

We want you to feel confident trying our products, knowing that you have nothing to lose.

Return & Refund Policy

Our Try It Before You Pay Program already gives you a 30-day risk-free trial.
However, if you made a direct purchase or have already been charged, the following return policy applies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) — even if used — for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once shipped.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Original shipping fees are refundable.

Damaged Items

When you receive your order, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It’s normal for the box to show slight wear; however, if any product is damaged, please contact us immediately at team@hunyule.com.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number.
Be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case they are needed for carrier verification

Shipping Errors

We want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away at team@hunyule.com and we’ll correct the error as quickly as possible.

Reselling Products

Verdant Equus products are intended for personal use only.
Customers are not authorized to resell products in online marketplaces or auction sites.
We cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, or storage conditions of items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
